- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Elizabeth Street Medical Centre for 6 months after a recent scare with Diabetes. From the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and did not have to wait long before I met with Sarah Free to discuss my diabetes and to put me onto a care plan. Sarah was excellent and gave great advice on how to manage living with diabetes and my diet. I was then taken into Dr Chadfields office where we discussed how to manage my diabetes. Dr Chadfield took the hard line approach with me which is what I needed to commit changing my current bad habits and lack of control to ensure that I can live a happier and healthier life. If it wasn't for Dr Chadfield and Sarah Free I would not have been able to Loose over 35kg in 6 Months with just changing my diet and controlling my diabetes. I am now committed to my diabetes journey and it is great that I have both Dr Chadfield and Sarah Free walking this journey with me now and in the future. I highly recommended Dr Chadfield and the team to anyone that needs a doctor that takes the time to put the patient first.Phillip MatthewMay 17, 2017
